Charity Water: Engaging the Next Generation of Donors
For this portfolio project, I developed a social media strategy for Charity: Water, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean and safe drinking water worldwide. My focus was on creating The Spring, a program aimed at engaging younger audiences in recurring donations. This project involved devising a brand and content strategy tailored to this demographic. Using storytelling, social media engagement, and community-driven initiatives, I designed a campaign that made charitable giving more accessible and compelling for young donors.
E-Commerce Marketing with Shopify
As part of the Global Career Accelerator, I designed and launched a fully functioning Shopify store for the reef-safe sunscreen brand Nöz. I developed a clear customer persona, crafted a strong value proposition, and implemented a vibrant, on-brand visual identity. I applied SEO best practices including high-volume keyword research, optimized meta tags, and strategic site architecture to drive discoverability. I also created and showcased paid ad campaigns using Google and Meta targeting tools, with a focus on behavior and demographics. My work included A/B testing strategies to boost conversions and social media tactics tailored for Instagram and TikTok. Data-Driven Storytelling Using GA4
For my capstone project, I analyzed Cronkite News’ website and social media performance to identify strategies for attracting more high-quality users, who complete conversions My report examined audience segments, traffic patterns, and platform performance, uncovering key insights such as why Facebook outperformed Twitter and explaining anomalies like the spike in site traffic on certain dates. These findings informed data-driven recommendations to improve Cronkite News’ social media strategy.
SKIMS – Social Media Strategy to Bridge the Audience Age Gap
For this assignment, I developed a social media strategy for SKIMS. The goal was to bridge the age gap in SKIMS’ customer base by targeting an audience that was underrepresented in their existing online following. To achieve this, I conducted a detailed analysis of the current audience, performed an Instagram audit to assess content performance and engagement trends, and proposed S.M.A.R.T. goals to guide the brand’s strategy. Through these insights, I formulated recommendations to enhance SKIMS’ social media presence and connect with a more diverse age group.

Cultivated an Online Community of 75,000+ Users
By implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies —including personalized engagement, social listening, and proactive customer service— I grew Yoga Democracy’s Instagram following to 75,000+ engaged users. By consistently responding to DMs, leveraging user-generated content, and using Instagram Stories for feedback, I strengthened customer relationships. Additionally, I monitored brand mentions, analyzed engagement trends, and hosted live Q&As to enhance community interaction. These tactics fostered a loyal audience, increased brand trust, and contributed to long-term customer retention.
